My goal is straightforward – to help serious business owners generate more clients!
I work with business owners and organizational leaders who want to improve both financial and operational performance. My role is to help identify what may be getting in the way, determine what needs attention first, and work with leadership to put the right decisions, structure, and follow-through in place to improve results. In my experience, sustainable improvement rarely comes from fixing one isolated issue. It usually comes from understanding how the different parts of the organization are working together—and where they are not.
The way I approach this work has been shaped by experience in a variety of environments and from both sides of the table. I have been a small business owner, a client purchasing professional services, and a service provider responsible for delivering results. I have also worked with senior executives at Fortune 50 companies and held leadership roles in nonprofit and education organizations. Those experiences have taught me that every industry requires a different perspective, and that strong organizations still tend to have a few things in common: clear priorities, good decisions, consistent follow-through, and accountability.
My approach is also grounded in direct operating experience. For example, I have managed multimillion-dollar service-level contracts and consistently exceeded annual net profit margin targets. I have also consistently addressed employee turnover as an operating issue because of the impact it can have on cost, productivity, continuity, and overall performance.
I’ve chosen to pair my perspective and operating experience with proprietary Profit Acceleration Software™, an in-depth diagnostic platform that helps uncover opportunities across revenue, profitability, and operations. The depth of the analysis allows me to see patterns and issues that may not be obvious in the day-to-day running of the organization. From there, I work with leaders to turn those findings into clear priorities and practical action plans, set ambitious timelines that are realistic for the organization, put those plans into action, and measure what is working so we can adjust when needed.
